CALIFORNIA FOOTBALL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION-SOUTH BAY
The California Football Officials Association-SB provides certified football officials for football in the South Bay and the west side of Los Angeles. We currently provide high-level training and certification for those looking to officiate CIF high school football and girls flag football. We provide a solid foundation for those looking to move on to the NCAA or the NFL.
Registration for the 2025 Season will open in Spring.

Message from the President
On behalf of the CFOA Board of Directors, we welcome our veterans and new officials to the CFOA South bay Officials unit.
​
This upcoming year marks the second full season of championship Girl's flag football and all-new mechanics manual for both tackle and flag, plus a new summer study guide.
​
It is our goal to provide high-level training for H.S. football officials across the section and create an atmosphere that's enjoyable to work with student-athletes and administrators, which will be recognized by parents and fans alike that we strive to be professional in the best possible way.
Last season was a great year for our association. Our unit was entrusted with two CIF Final Games and the unit did an outstanding job on both contests. We were also fortunate to have a member of our unit selected to work on the Division 1 Southern Section Final and a crew assigned to a CA Regional State game. All of this was due to the outstanding job of our instructional staff, our assignor, and most importantly the hard work of every official in this unit.
